The right musical selections will play a major role in any wedding ceremony. In recent years, we have found that more and more brides prefer to showcase contemporary songs on their special day. If you are someone who feels that traditional pieces from Bach or Beethoven will not resonate with the overall experience you are envisioning, Paul and Kerena have a collection of beautiful arrangements of slower tempo contemporary songs such as Enya’s “Only Time”, “Marry Me” by Train or “The Sweetest Gift” by Sade which can be much more reflective of your style and taste.

With all of the many options that are available to today’s bride, from unique venue locations to the colorful trends of the season, it seems only natural that more and more couples are choosing selections of music that show a little personality and fun. We offer the most extensive collection of contemporary music that will compliment your preferences beautifully. If you would like to request music that is not on our list, we will arrange these for you free of charge (some restrictions may apply).

At a typical wedding ceremony, music is usually provided during the following segments:

– Thirty minutes of prelude music before the ceremony begins as guests are being seated.
– Processional of the wedding attendants.
– Seating of the mothers of the bride and groom.
– Bridal Party’s Processional.
– The Bride’s Processional.
– Unity Candle, Communion, Reflection, Rose Ceremony.
– Recessional or exit music following the presentation of the newly married couple.
– A short postlude of joyous music as your guests leave the ceremony.

Generally, a one hour contract will cover all of the above listed segments.

Ceremony and Cocktail Hour Combination

The Moellers can also provide a uniquely creative option for musical accompaniment during your cocktail or dinner hour. Immediately following the ceremony, while the bridal party exits for photos, Paul and Kerena will provide a wonderful variety of cocktail music ranging from swing standards to current pop favorites. You can relax knowing that your event will flow seamlessly as they will be there to see that everything is taken care of.
