- Q?Are you willing to learn a new song for my ceremony?

Generally we are will learn and perform any musical selection as long as we are provided with the sheet music.
- Q?Do we need to choose all of the songs for the prelude music as guests are arriving and being seated?

No generally we will choose the songs for the prelude. You will choose special selections for: Bridal Party, Bride, Unity/Sand/Rose, Recessional. We are happy to make suggestions if needed.
- Q?When do you need to receive our song requests for the ceremony?

If you are using songs from our website you can get them to us two weeks before the ceremony. If you have any special requests that are not on our list we would need you to provide us with the sheet music at least one month prior to the ceremony.
- Q?When do we pay the balance?

We like to receive the balance payment just prior to the start of the ceremony so that we don’t have to bother you with financial matters just after you are pronounced husband and wife.
- Q?What do you wear?

Typically we wear “Concert Black”. This means a black suit and tie and a black dress.
- Q?Do you provide your own amplification?

Yes, we provide all of our own speakers and sound equipment.
- Q?Can you provide microphones for the officiant and readers?

Yes, we can provide wireless microphones for both the officiant and your readers for an additional $100.
- Q?Do we need to provide you with vendor meals?

If we perform more than two hours vendor meals are required.
- Q?What will you need from us to set up?

We will need two armless chairs in each location that you’d like us to perform in. For instance, two for the ceremony and two for the cocktail hour location.
- Q?Do we need to provide for your parking?

If it is in the city we request that you validate or reimburse us for our parking.
- Q?Do you attend rehearsals?

No we do not perform for rehearsals. We arrive early on the day of the wedding and go over any last minute details with the officiant to make sure things go smoothly.
- Q?Do I need to worry about the length of each song so that it will end at just the right time?

No we can adjust the length of any song on the spot and make sure songs flow seamlessly. This is the best part of working with live musicians!
